Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 999dk website ("Platform") operated at https://999dk.vip and all services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and related content made available through it. The Platform is operated by 999dk ("we", "us", "the Operator"). By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you ("you", "the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. 999dk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending identity confirmation.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on 999dk, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all 999dk accounts:

• One account per player. Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information, including a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details, is grounds for immediate account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through the 999dk Platform, including deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, and all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum deposit on 999dk is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by 999dk, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, Rocket account, or card) that is registered in the name of the 999dk account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 999dk does not process withdrawals to a different wallet or card account from the one used for the deposit.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of 999dk. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed in a pending queue until verification is finalised.
• 999dk does not charge a withdrawal fee for transfers to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 24 hours of approval, subject to the processing schedules of the respective payment providers.
• 999dk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation in cases where unusual account activity, suspected fraud, or potential violation of these Terms is detected.

All transactions on 999dk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not supported on the Platform. All deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed and settled in BDT. The exchange rate risk, if any, associated with funding a local bKash or Nagad wallet from a foreign currency source is solely the responsibility of the Player.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

999dk offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered on the 999dk Platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement on bonus funds is stated in each individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be retrospectively applied to an account.

999dk may, at its discretion, award loyalty rewards, VIP benefits, or cashback credits to active players. Such awards are discretionary and do not constitute a contractual entitlement unless separately documented in a written VIP agreement signed by both parties.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms. 999dk reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the prohibited conduct listed below, and to forfeit any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds associated with such accounts:

• Opening or operating more than one 999dk account, whether under the same or different personal details, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method as an existing account.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or other automated means to interact with the Platform, including automated betting systems or tools designed to circumvent the RNG outcomes of any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event, including chip-dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or any form of financial crime, including money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a game to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Making abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to 999dk staff or other players through any channel, including the customer support chat, email, or any social media platform associated with 999dk.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 999dk will take all action it reasonably considers appropriate. This may include immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, reporting the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies as permitted by applicable law. 999dk cooperates with payment providers and financial institutions to report and prevent financial crime on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used in any commercial context without the express prior written permission of 999dk.

The 999dk name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Use of the 999dk brand in any context — including affiliate marketing, social media, review sites, or any other digital channel — without prior written authorisation from 999dk constitutes trademark infringement and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999dk's liability to any Player arising from or in connection with use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• 999dk does not accept liability for any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• 999dk is not liable for any service interruption, downtime, or data loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, acts of God, cyberattacks, government actions, or failure of third-party service providers.
• Where 999dk is found liable to a Player under any circumstances, its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

999dk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, account rules, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus terms.
• 999dk has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
• The Player has requested account closure voluntarily, including a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• 999dk is required to close the account by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 999dk's discretion. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach (for example, voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus rollover obligations will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.

Amendments to These Terms

999dk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
